Spirit Fitness launches its second 100-day long fitness competition on October 3rd, 2009. The competition will be open to the public. Calgary, Alberta (September 17, 2009) -- Spirit Fitness' second "My Next 100 Days" fitness competition offers a focused period where participants can get fit and healthy with full support and guidance. This unique competition offers personal training sessions, boot camps, as well as diet and cooking advice. A sitting with famed clairvoyant Kjarlune Rae and a Belief Re-patterning Session are also on the list of options. Scheduled weigh-ins, fitness measurement dates, and personalized workbooks are a part of the "My Next 100 Days" competition's success guarantee. Some amazing prizes are offered for the participant with the most change. A two-night stay at a private condo in beautiful Fairmont, B.C., is one of the top prizes. Subscriptions to Dandelion Magazine, a Canadian-based art collection of poetry and short-stories, self-hypnosis MP3s from www.IdeservetoBeHappy.com and the hottest craze in accessories, the Bling Sling, are also to be won. Former editor of Where Calgary Magazine, Andrew Mah will be participating in the competition while recording his experience on a blog. Mah will also have the opportunity to meet and interview other participants. Spirit Fitness' philosophy is holistic. The competition encourages a lifestyle change versus just a fitness regiment. Co-founder Rod Coulter believes in working with clients on a long-term basis for lasting lifestyle success. "Everyone needs to realize that just like any other lifestyle change, it isn't always easy. Working with us ensures success versus the typical frustration and failure. We all need support and guidance in everything we do in life." Spirit Fitness is locally owned and operated by co-owners Rod and Brenda Coulter. Both are seasoned personal trainers. Rod is also a martial arts expert and Brenda is an award-winning bodybuilder. When asked what the biggest difference is between Spirit Fitness and other fitness facilities, co-owner Rod Coulter responded, "We truly care." Coulter recognizes the power of word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clientele, therefore exercises the ‘treat others as you would like to be treated' motto. Only clients with booked appointments may use the gym and only with their trainers. This alleviates over crowding and line-ups at equipment while ensuring maximum results with every exercise. Rod will be appearing on The Breakfast Show's "Biggest Loser" competition weekly beginning September 23rd, 2009, for the duration of the challenge as an expert consultant. |
